Seattle Pedophile Little Girl Website
Seattle, Washington - A 45 year old man, who lives with his mommy and daddy, unemployed, hosts a website of young girls photos that he personally takes at parks, events, fairs, schools and even on the streets, while they even may be with their families. He then posts the photos on his "Little Girls" website for other predators to view. While the photos are not sexually explicit they are not authorized by the parents or child. The man who runs the "STEGL" (Seattle Tacoma Everett Girl Love), claims that its purpose was to promote associations, friendships as a virtual "how to manual" for men seeking little girls.
The website is hosted by Network Solutions and was taken down after numerous complaints. The local police claim to have their hands tied, in that NO VIOLATIONS of law have occurred and that the man, known to the police, is protected by his Constitutional "Freedom of Speech" rights. The local prosecutor feels that at this time there is NO Violation of law.
One questions the wisdom of the law enforcers, the parents and the web masters. Sexual predator activity, as seen on NBC's Dateline " To Catch a Predator", shows the depth of the problem that our children are facing and families having to endure on a daily basis.
What could be done?
Suggestions as to monitoring Predator behavior not only when confronted in a sting operation, not only listing addresses and notifications to the community, not only watching them on television when caught, but pro-active enforcement is required. One suggestion is the limiting of internet access from the home for predators identified by the police and courts, by having limited telephonic communications installed in the residence or business which prevents access to the internet. In addition, scrubbing the internet for such slime sights, and holding the Internet hosting companies responsible to reduce the amount of predator visualizations, websites and establish integrity protocol of the internet so that young children, boys and girls, would not be subject to such vermin as the Seattle Little Girl website.

It would take Congressional mandate to hold the Website Hosting companies responsible, and a "Anti-Predator Internet Access" law to protect our children from virtual as well as actual predator internet stalking. This law would also require the telephone and communications companies to install limited technology, to void such predators from having access from their homes or business to the internet to stalk and hunt our children.
